What It Is
A digital library is a collection of electronic resources that provides direct or indirect access to a systematically organised collection of digital objects.
The HEC National Digital Library is a programme to provide access to international scholarly e-literature — high quality, peer-reviewed journals, databases, articles and e-books across a wide variety of disciplines, for researchers within public and private universities in Pakistan and non-profit research and development organisations.

Pakistan Research Repository
An HEC project to promote the international visibility of research originating from institutes of higher education in Pakistan, maintaining a digital archive of PhD theses produced indigenously. It provides free, single-entry access to more than 7,000 full-text theses produced in Pakistan.
