The Finance and Planning Committee shall:

1. (a)prepare the annual statement of accounts and propose annual budget estimates and make recommendations to the Syndicate;
2. (b)review periodically the financial position of the University;
3. (c)advise the Syndicate on all matters relating to finance, investments and accounts of the University; and
4. (d)perform such other functions as may be prescribed by the statutes.
